Ron Son olives primarily come from around the Mediterranean Basin where olives have been grown, harvested and produced for thousands of years. The varieties we select are the Gordal (Queen) and Manzanilla variety. Some companies will use a cheaper Hojiblanca variety olive but they are not preffered for table olives. Hojiblanca olives have a tough, woody texture when compared to Manzanilla and Gordal olives. Ripe olives #1 use are as pizza toppings and in salads. Green olives are used primarily in salads and as a garnish. They are still also the perfect choice in martinis. Available in many pack sizes including environmentally friendly low waste pouches.
