Balsamic Vinegar: Produced in Modena, Italy under strict packer and government control. Balsamic vinegar combined with extra
virgin
olive oil and spices creates a perfect salad dressing. Can
be used as marinate for fish, meat &
poultry. Balsamic vinegar has a
richer,
sweeter flavor than regular vinegar.
Capers: Our capers are
cultivated and
hand picked in the hilly areas of the Mediterranean. Capers
can be added to fish, meat dishes and salads to enhance flavor of any
dish.
Pepperoncini &
Giardiniera: Provides a popular
and colorful addition to any salad
bar. Pepperoncini also makes a wonderful companion for a sandwich.
Anchovies: Hand selected and hand packed under strict
HACCP
quality control. The product MUST be
stored under refrigeration. Great
added
to salads, as a pizza topping and to any dish where anchovies are
required
as a
ingredent.
Roasted Peppers: Adds
great
color and flavor especially to sandwiches or any Italian or Mediterranean dish. Great served with cheese and bread
as an appetizer.
