Green Olives:
All varities of green olives are delicious served in salads. Sliced
green are
perfect as
a pizza topping. Queen olives make a very nice presentation in upscale
martinis, or just great
to eat
as a condiment.
Ripe Olives: All
varieties of ripe olives can be added to salads, Mediterranean dishes,
and of
course the #1 use is still a pizza topping. Incorperate ripe olives to
give any dish a
distinct European flavor.
