Our olive
oils are from
the Mediterranean
areas which are world renowned for the
highest quality of oils.
Extra
Virgin Olive Oil: Is used
for dipping at the
table or as an ingredient for any dish
that requires a rich olive
oil
flavor. It is
produced naturally without
chemicals or additives in the old world
tradition.
Pure
Olive Oil: Has a lighter
olive oil flavor. It
is blended from
Grade A olive oil and 15%
extra virgin olive oil for color and flavor.
Pomace
Olive Oil: Processed
from refined Grade
B olive oil which is extracted in the same
manner as pure olive oil,
but with
8% extra virgin oil added for the
flavor
and color. Pomace olive oil has a very
light olive oil flavor.
Blended
Olive Oil: A variety of
our blended
oils can be used instead of pomace or pure olive
oils. We offer
blends
that vary in taste and price to better meet the
consumer’s needs.
Ron
Son’s blended oils include: 50/50 (50%
Canola & 50% Extra
Virgin),
75/25 (75% Canola & 25% Extra Virgin), 80/20
(80% Soybean & 20%
Extra
Virgin), 80/20 (80% Soybean & 20% Pomace)
and 90/10 (90% Soybean
& 10%
Pomace Oil).
