Pieces
and Stems:
These are the #1 choice for pizza topping, but they are also used as an
ingredient in soups, casseroles, omelettes and many other popular
dishes.
Sliced:
These
are used instead of the pieces and stems when a better presentation is
required. These are a superiour quality and have a higher
percentage of silhouettes.
Mushroom
Caps:
These are used for creating appetizers or for center of the plate
presentations. They are fully cooked and de-stemmed, which makes
them very convenient to use. Just add your favorite stuffing and
heat and serve. This is a great way to expand your menu while at
the same time increasing your profits.
